Faculty Profile
Shijun Cheng's research focuses
on managerial accounting issues from
corporate governance perspectives.
His research has been published in
top journals such as The
Accounting Review, The Review of
Financial Studies, and
Journal of Financial Economics.
Prior to joining the Smith School as
a tenured Associate Professor in
2007, he was an Assistant Professor
of Accounting at the Ross School of
Business of the University of
Michigan.
