Graduation Ceremonies

In order to participate in graduation ceremonies, a student must submit a completed Report of Examining Committee form signed by all committee members to the PhD Program Office prior to the ceremony. The student must have an unconditional pass for the Dissertation Final Oral Examination in order to participate in graduation ceremonies. Please note that participation in the graduation ceremony does not automatically guarantee graduation from the university. All requirements must be fulfilled before graduation is finally certified on the transcript.
